Buenos Aires School is our brand-new school located in San Jeronimo, Comayagua. It has 34 students from kinder to 6th grade.
The original school was built with wood construction that was in poor condition and had no toilet facilities. Now, with the collaboration of SCW Honduras, Grupo Cadelga and The Awty International School, they now have a school of solid construction that should last 50+ years. Plus, the entire school site is designed to be accessible for community members with physical challenges.
This is the only school in the area equipped with quality furniture designed for student learning, flushable accessible toilets, and a small computer lab.
